Paul Omodt

As a communicator, Paul is known for building effective communication programs when communication is critical to an organization’s success. Whether providing guidance regarding employee communication, moving public perception, or building brands and reputation, Paul’s programs move audiences to action and shared understanding. He has worked across the health care spectrum, advising hospitals and clinics, long-term care facilities, telehealth providers, and med-tech companies in each case developing communication programs that enhance patient care. 

 

His work as a communication trainer and educator spans three decades. Paul has developed organizational training programs for startups, mid-sized companies, and Fortune 100 multi-national companies. He serves at his alma mater the University of St. Thomas as an adjunct professor and conducts academic research on effective communication methods. His engaging style and ability to tell compelling stories make him a popular speaker at conferences and seminars across the country. 

 

Paul holds professional communication accreditations from the International Association of Business Communicators, the Global Communication Certification Council, and the Public Relations Society of America. He was elected into PRSA’s College of Fellows in 2019.
